API Change

• ec2.SpotInstanceRequest: the networkCardIndex field has been removed from the networkInterface block in both forProvider and initProvider, aligning with upstream Terraform AWS provider changes. This fixes an issue where AWS rejected spot instance requests including this field and aligns with the AWS API behavior.
