Fix the update database workflow. Turns out this was a simple working directory mismatch issue 🤦
Now that we're not committing to the repository, no need to do a manual checkout and we can just let
set-up-homebrew
handle it.Also, let's upload the database as an actions artifact so we can have some sort of historical record (maybe this should eventually be moved to GitHub Packages, but let's figure that out later)
