Hmm, okay, so the error still doesn't show up (not super surprising, I guess). Any ideas why this happened before? Or maybe a better question: any suggestions on how to debug this without debugging on |

I'm hoping the reason this didn't cause a CI failure last time was that the
pull_requesttrigger addition should have happened separately. I guess we'll see what happens
