Bug Description

I have manually held one of my snaps updates by 'snap refresh snapName --hold'

But it still appears in the update availables list.

I think it should be ignored.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. show how many snaps can update by 'snap refresh --list'.
  2. chose one then hold the snap refresh manually by 'snap refresh snapName --hold'.
  3. open the app center -> manage, check if that snap still appers in update avaiables.

Expected behavior

A snap been held manually should not be listed in the update avaiables list.
