The change in 39680 impacts more than WebAssembly, but it did not update
the tests for impacted targets.

@kateinoigakukun - this is a partial fix, it will fix the CI for the time being, but please fix the XFAIL - this should pass on WASI/WASM as well, but there's no good check for that currently.
