Connecting then disconnecting an audio node in rapid succession causes disconnection to fail

Description

When an audio node is connected then immediately disconnected, the disconnection does not occur and the node remains connected. If there is a delay, the disconnection succeeds.

Call .connect then .disconnect on a node in rapid succession
