PDF fonts not working.

Somehow the fonts are not happy on my Ubuntu box. I have the fonts installed on the system that I see being used in /utils.py Yet the PDFs are all missing the text due to failure to find relevant fonts.

A reinstall and favouring easyprint did get the pdf generating for most outputs.

New issue! :)

Now LaTeX is being attempted but failing. And it failing to compile (due to use of UTF-8 U+03B2) means the PDF then failed to be generated.
