Updates all of our components to the new ZagJS API: https://zagjs.com/overview/migration
Although this is mostly internal there are some notable changes:

• Remove $bindable, although you have to maybe write 10 characters more for a controlled value, the behaviour internally aswell as externally is much simpler and overal we should see less bugs.
• Update to the new Zag API
• TODO: Mark . notation components as pure for bundlers to better treeshake.
