When testing our Windows and iOS wheels, pyroma is currently failing - https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/actions/runs/16496343257/job/46642872391#step:7:8765
Investigating, I've found that it is because check-manifest uses git, and that isn't always available.
That then shows a
FileNotFoundError- https://github.com/radarhere/Pillow/actions/runs/16537391160/job/46773884755#step:7:27048 - when removing a temporary file in #9093. So I've caught the error.
