Plugin automatically disables after PhpStorm restart

To Reproduce (*)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Magento2 project, where magento installed in /magento2/ directory
2. Enable PhpStorm plugin, wait till re-index will be finished
3. Close PhpStorm and re-open again

Expected behavior (*)

Plugin should be still enabled, but it became disabled

Additional context

This issue appeared after upgrade to version 2.0.0
