Adapt for experimental Run tabs

What's new

• App bar has been removed - we now rely on Jenkins' implementation
• Existing detail objects have been removed - we now rely on Jenkins' implementation
• Overflow button has been changed to a Settings cog - should make it more obvious to users that they can customize the page
