The etcd patch release criteria has been met for our release-3.5 stable branch, so we should release v3.5.32.

Why is this needed?

Regular patch releases are vital to ensure our users have bug-free and secure software.

By the way, I take it 3.4 is dropped by now? There's been a bump last month (which admittedly were a bit superfluous because it'd be 3 supported branches), but not now. Just so there's no confusion, that's all

@dtomvan, last month's 3.4 release was the last one. We announced that in May 2026 we'd drop support for 3.4. We released the last patch on June 1st, as May 31st fell on a Sunday.
