build-wasm-atomics job spuriously fails in CI: function `check` is never used

build-wasm-atomics has been removed from our branch protection for now: it should be re-enabled before we close this issue.

this should be fixed in encase

with the fix in rust, rust correctly ignores const _ blocks, but will now inspect their interiors. In this case the check function is created but not called: https://github.com/teoxoy/encase/blob/55e27bc7b9aafbbf037a2c8f8a28b966843df2cf/derive/impl/src/lib.rs#L669-L677

solution: call the function, mark it as dead code allowed, or refactor it to be a const _ = fn() ...
