Resolves #2112 (already closed), part of #1689

• Basically a w without the rightmost arm + compressed y without the left arm.
• Variants follow (non-cursive) y only, which is probably the simplest solution.
• Renames in y.ptl for clarity (and exports):
  • GenNonCursiveShape -> NonCursiveYShapeT, following CShapeT.
  • Cursive -> CursiveYShape
  • NonCursiveConfig -> NonCursiveYConfig
  • CursiveConfig -> CursiveYConfig
• Other changes:
  • Generalized NonCursiveYShapeT to allow left/right/sb/sw override
  • Added a yShCutoff argument for SmallYShape functions to fix the overclipping problem with the narrow y.
