I have since discovered that python-pillow#7303 is not sufficient to get this working for those modes. The problem is that those modes are using their lines efficiently, rather than spacing out their data into 4 bytes per pixel. |

python-pillow#7303 has been merged, so BGR;* modes can now be tested in python-pillow#7260
