Ability to manage rooms, scenes, and avatars from a centralized portal #3780

Introduction
It is currently difficult to keep track of rooms, scenes, and avatars that have been created on hubs.mozilla.com. You must enter a room to view your saved avatars and scenes, and there is no centralized list where you can see all of the rooms that you've created. This portal would make it easier to manage content that has been created on hubs.mozilla.com, and potentially act as a landing page for other types of content management (e.g. uploaded files, media) in addition to Hubs-specific projects. By introducing a centralized portal for managing Hubs content, it will be easier for users to optimize their use of Hubs for different experiences.

Example user story
Mei has been using Hubs to teach students in four different languages that she tutors. Each language has a specific room that is themed around the language, and Mei uses a Google Doc to keep track of the rooms links for each language. With a new Hubs update, Mei is excited to see that she can now use the central portal to keep track of the rooms and the media that she has uploaded to each of them. She notices that she has duplicate copies of rooms that have the wrong media in each, so she cleans up the rooms and closes the ones that she no longer needs.
