Render custom (realm?) emoji

Currently these are unidentified and shown as [IMAGE NOT RENDERED].

If the format of these can be identified, then this can be filtered in the MessageBox code into a more useful text version, as with other emoji.

This can explored by looking for the :zulip: emoji, and in zulip-terminal quoting the reply, which will show the source.

Note that the zulip emoji is actually not a realm emoji. https://zulip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/subsystems/emoji.html has some useful info; :zulip: is a zulip_extra_emoji. Adding @HarshitOnGitHub as our emoji maintainer; he can likely help with any questions.
