When there is no faces detected

When there is no faces detected, there is always only same face placed on the photo. Should be random as well imo.
And face randomness looks not that random in the end... Maybe its good idea to put max qty of unique faces on photo. I mean if there is 4 faces in faces folder and 4 faces on photo, they all should be unique.
