opacity of #urlbar element is sometimes overwritten

• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

i am using the zen browser binary from the chautic-aur

when opening zen, sometimes opacity value of the urlbar is overwritten by a permanent value

this causes the urlbar to still be visible in compact mode

when turning this off, the urlbar works as intended

sometimes this property does not exist at all

in this case, the urlbar works as intended as well
