Updated the links for all platforms.
Mac OS X branding is outdated; it's now branded as macOS, so I changed that over.
Switched the Ubuntu link to point to the link for all Linux distros.

I'm not sure why #32 was withdrawn instead of simply updated, but I'll close this PR if the author of that one wants to re-open his instead. I'm not looking to poach any commits from anyone here.
