SSO fails for sub organization created with the orgHandle

Since the commonauth cookie path is not set correctly in these places.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an sub organization.
2. Try SSO login.
3. When browser is refreshed the auto login fails and gets redirected to the login page.
