Introduce registration flow orchestration UI

Problem

Today’s registration experience in the Console is driven by a static, code-centric configuration:

• There is no visual editor or drag-and-drop canvas for defining the sequence of registration steps.
• Administrators must hand-edit JSON or use fragmented configuration screens to customize field validations, attribute mappings or MFA criteria.
• This leads to a steep learning curve, configuration errors, and inconsistent UX compared with our upcoming flows-based orchestration for other scenarios.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a Registration Flow Orchestration UI a first-class, visual builder for the self-registration.
