Unable to create identity verification provider

Describe the issue:

• Try to add identity verification provider
• But unable to do any registration there.
• As a prerequisite, a connector need to be deployed. Better to mention that fact and navigate the user do it from this view
• Otherwise, this UI seems to be broken
