Validate Cookie Policy and Privacy policy page side bar navigation issue.

Describe the issue:
The side navigation bar in both Validate Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy pages is not working properly once a user clicks on an item.

How to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Validate Cookie Policy or Privacy policy page.
2. Click on an item in the side navigation bar.

Expected behavior:
Should Navigate to the correct topic.
