New user created from console is not shown in users list until page reloaded #16027
Description
Describe the issue:
When a new user is created from console app, ideally the new user should be listed in the user list once the wizard steps are completed. But it is not shown until the page is reloaded.
How to reproduce:
- Navigate to console app Manage > Users and create a new user
- Complete the user creation wizard and click Finish
The new user will not be listed in the users list. It will only be listed if the page is reloaded.
Expected behavior:
The new user should be listed in the list.
