Speed units are metric, all others imperial

Is there a way to change the units of the Speed entity? Mine is in km/h when all the other entities in the device are imperial (e.g. miles).

Same problem. Guess I'll create a template entity and show miles.

Same issue. Otherwise all data looks good. Did you get your mph entity to work? If so, could you share how you did that?
