Support sub-features

I was writing a blog post about about the new updated attr() function with types and wanted to use BaselineStatus, but I noticed it show 4 ❌ marks, when the part I was trying to demo was supported. It would be nice to scope support down to the subfeature level.

Expected:

I could scope it down to the specific css.types.attr.type-or-unit feature

Actual:

Coarsely applied to attr which has support in Chrome but shows no support.

This sounds useful, thanks for suggesting it.

GoogleChrome/webstatus.dev#1384 would need to be implemented first, for the underlying API to support looking up individual BCD keys.
