Change summary

The vyos-vpp repo was merged to the vyos-1x in the vyos/vyos-1x#4650
We do not need a copy from the vyos-vpp repo anymore.

The vyos-1x package now includes the VPP code as well. No need for a separate build.

This is required to unbreak the build after the VPP unification, no objections here.
