Issue with dynamic component, v-with and assigning to $data

`v-component` is not updated dynamically in some cases. It seems to have to do with some uses of the v-with directive and with assigning a new value to vm.$data. See this [jsfiddle](http://jsfiddle.net/6ecL4qg9/4/).
