[RFC]: Add async chunk processing test cases for Qwen3-Omni-30B-A3B-Instruct

Motivation.

Submit E2E test cases to ensure the stability and reliability of vLLM-Omni in asynchronous chunk processing scenarios.

Proposed Change.

We will add end-to-end test cases for the Qwen3-Omni-30B-A3B-Instruct model.
The test plan and test cases are visible in Full Design.

Implementation Roadmap & To-Do

Function test (accuracy test) for online

• Submit the test cases for Single Modal + a few request (1 request and 5requests) without stream feature
• Submit the test cases for Mix Modal + a few request (1 request and 5requests) with stream feature

Performance test for online

• Submit the test cases for Text Modal
• Submit the test cases for Mix Modal

Function test (accuracy test) for offline

• Submit the test cases for Text Modal + 1 request without stream feature
• Submit the test cases for Mix Modal + 5 requests with stream feature

Performance test for offline

• Submit the test cases for Text Modal
• Submit the test cases for Mix Modal
