`unknown flag` error in both VTGate and VTTablet for deprecated flags

Overview of the Issue

While looking at recent arewefastyet benchmark I could observe the following error:

Sep 13 21:44:34 02-benchmark-host bash[2728445]: unknown flag: --queryserver-config-query-cache-size

The --queryserver-config-query-cache-size is unknown. This flag, along with some other flags got deprecated in #13939 but their definition was also removed, leading to unknown flag.

Reproduction Steps

Run vttablet with the flag --queryserver-config-query-cache-size
