This Pull Request adds a bit of code to the
releaserpackage in order to automatically add the list of pending Pull Request to the Release Issue. The list of pending Pull Request is modified by taking into account the already existing data that the release manager could have written in the issue. It is not 100% error proof, the main assumption is that the release manager shouldn't be changing what's between two comments in the Release Issue, besides to check the checkbox to mark an item as done or undone.
