Virtual Temperature 'jaggies' #875

Howdy all, loving the flexibility offered by this module! I have a question about Virtual Temp readings. It seems mine is really aggressive, resulting in these jaggy graphs. The jump up is because I run the pump for 10mins every hour, giving me an accurate reading from the pump, which resets the virtual temp up again. I assume there's no way to get finer readings from the pump itself because of the lack of decimal places on the DSP. That's unfortunate but I get it, so I expect to see a jump from whole number to whole number at an unfortunately short period. So my question. Is there any way to adjust the drop off rate for the virtual temperature? I don't know what assumptions it makes or if it just has a fixed value that it moves by (based on ambient temperature perhaps?). I am feeding in the ambient temp whenever my weather changes, based on a rounded value from the forecast. Any help would be appreciated! |

It takes the ambient temp into consideration.
