Fix the usages of Control#setLocation, used before Control#setSize in Platform

as per recommendation in #293, find the usages of setLocation used before setSize in the platform repositories and fix the order.

As mentioned in the PR #293, we won't be restricting the client from calling the setLocation before setSize. Instead the issue should be fixed within API.
