I've found your Overleaf article and Google slides for these weeks' work well written and presented. You have summarized the state of the art for object detection in a concise way and your experiments are presented in a comprehensive manner. I liked the dataset analysis in the slides, maybe you can also add it on the article for the final version, if you have space and consider it relevant.
The presentation of your methods/implementations is also clear but I miss one important detail on the article: did you trained YOLO and SSD from scratch or fine-tuned a pre-trained model? Actually you have this information on the week_summaries/week4.md file. Please, add this experiments on the final report.
Your integration of the SSD network is well done!
