Description
A brief description of the issue goes here.
A couple of weeks ago, seemly out of no where, we started encountering an issue when doing an environment restore from our dev env to our local envs.
The issue is that two of our root content nodes(that share the same doctype) are failing to publish after the restore completes and all of their children will also fail to publish due to the parent being unpublished. The reason for the root nodes not publishing is that there are whole sections of content on these nodes that are just being left empty after the restore.
The underlined tabs in this screenshot are completely empty of content.
This behavior started at random as it was working in the morning and wasn't working in the afternoon. During this time there were no code deployments nor content changes.
The restore completes with no errors and the logs only throw errors for the unpublished child pages due the parent being unpublished.
Reproduction
I can't really give instructions on how to reproduce this as it seems to be specific to our project/content.
This happens every single time with a fresh clone or an empty DB.
