Gives a background color to actions, same approach as on Content Type Designer Properties.

Pull Request Overview

This PR enhances the visual clarity of action buttons on Block Type Cards by giving them a surface background color, following the same design pattern used in Content Type Designer Properties. This makes the actions more visible and distinct from card thumbnails and background colors.

  • Added CSS custom properties to uui-action-bar to set background colors
  • Removed unused CSS rules for uui-input and uui-icon elements that don't exist in the component
