Update Welsh lang file

• Updated the cy lang file to include new keys found in the en_us lang file.
• Translations have been checked using:
  • Cysgliad: https://www.cysgliad.com/
  • BydTermCymru: https://www.gov.wales/bydtermcymru
  • Gweiadur: https://www.gweiadur.com/
