Bug summary

This was initially gonna be a slightly more aggressive bug report, but I figured I'd better do a blame to figure out who, why and what.

The initial PR was "broken" in the immediate next commit, but the confusion is quite forgivable given that the new backoffice was being introduced and the xml lang files are being discontinued.

Never the less, I got bit today by the localization service trying to parse "nada.man.xml" from my temp folder, and that's a residue file from a logitech upgrade.

The base temp folder should not be a source for legacy lang files.

PR coming up, this report is just to follow contribution convensions and getting a number for my branch. 🙃
