Umbraco 14 Create Member No Validation Messages

Bug summary

When you try to create a member in Umbraco 14 if you don't enter any details and press save it shows a generic error message notification and the form fields themselves don't give any feedback about what is wrong.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Members
Click on Create
Don't enter any details
Press Save

You see this error message and nothing else.

Expected result / actual result

I was expecting the invalid fields to have validation errors under them telling me what is wrong
I was expecting to see a marker to say this is a required field

Just to let you know this issue is still present in rc3

So it seems to work much better in 14.1 / 14.2 where you get decent error messages, but I can see that it doesn't work with mandatory fields. You are allowed to save a member without filling out a mandatory field nor do you get any validation shown on the screen.

Also, system fields such as "username" and "email" should be marked as mandatory.
