Update the member view popover for volunteer specific content

Currently if you view a volunteer on the /members page you can only see the general content. However, volunteers have a lot more content that admins need a way to view.

  • Bio
  • Pronouns
  • Phone Number
  • City, Province
• Scheduling Info
  • Availability
  • Preferred Time commitment

Add a way to view that in src/components/members/user-profile-dialog.tsx
