Document simplified Concept API (without `overridden`/`explicit` methods)

Once the following issue is implemented:

• Simplify Concept API by replacing overridden, explicit etc. methods with parameters typedb-protocol#170

Then we should update the Concept API documentation with the new, refactored methods.
