start_string issue

towncrier won't recognize the start_string

that's how i configured it; then in my changelog file i do

.. towncrier release notes start

but that's not working, towncrier is ignoring the start line

I'm using the latest version of towncrier, 22.12.0

I solved this by setting start_string to .. towncrier release notes start\n in the pyproject.toml file though it should be that by default.
