Workflow succeeded even when Cloudflare Deploy failed

This has only happened once - but a production deployment failed in Cloudflare with an `internal error` - but this workflow returned a success. Are error codes from Cloudflare handled?

In this case it got worse because I didn't even get a notification from Cloudflare about it - just realised it didn't look updated - took some digging until I found the failed build in the Cloudflare GUI.. :)
