The old documentation was "Allocation failure may result in an [allocation failure]" This commit replaces the latter to `[allocation error]` to avoid the recursion in wording.

Motivation
The old documentation was "Allocation failure may result in ... an [allocation failure]"
Solution
This commit replaces the latter to
[allocation error]to avoid the recursion in wording.
