PROST! is a Protocol Buffers implementation for the Rust Language. prost generates simple, idiomatic Rust code from proto2 and proto3 files.

This patch updates brings a few new features and fixes:

• build: Allow file descriptor be generated without --include_source_info (#786)
• build: Expose from_str_name for generated enums (#774)
