gopls does not work for machine.Flash in rp2040

For example, as shown below, LSP works for machine.LED, but not for machine.Flash.

For example, if we create the following code in src/machine/machine_rp2040_rom2.go and separate import "C" so that it does not use import "C", we can use LSP to machine.Flash.
However, as it is now, Size() is located in src/machine/machine_rp2040_rom.go and cannot be tracked by LSP.

I suggest the following because it is easier to write code if LSP is made to work correctly.
Please let me know if there are any suggestions.

• Make the source code containing import "C" as small as possible.
• Implement functions, especially those referenced from the outside, in source code that does not contain import "C".
