Print Copy: Margins require adjusting

I think all the margins just need to be equalized or something, they absolutely aren't equal right now... Here's the details:

Inner Margin

For non-cover pages the inner-margin (where the spiral binding is) is too narrow. As a result some words, examples, figures, etc, have holes punched through them where the spiral binding is inserted through the paper. This will require some stylesheet tweaking. I think I have adjusted the margins in the past, so hopefully I can just find that work again.

Bottom Margin

For non-cover pages the bottom-margin appears visually inappropriate. The margin seems too high in comparison to the top margin and the outer margins. I think it just needs to be reduced a bit.
