Check if container belongs to a network when using exposeHostPorts

Makes it possible to use reusable container and exposeHostPorts at the same time.

Closes:

• [Bug]: Cannot reuse containers due to "endpoint with name XYZ already exists in network bridge" #7335
• Testcontainers#exposeHostPorts does not work together with reuse #3457

Doesn't break solutions proposed in:

• Make (containers with) networks reusable #3081
