  • Bump development Nodejs version to v20.12.x
  • Bump dependencies, but not ESLint because v9 sucks
  • Update Contributor Covenant's Code of Conduct template to v2.1
  • Bump year on LICENSE
  • Provide AMD and UMD exports

I'll update the package.json version to 1.3.0 directly on master and then create a release afterwards.
